Phase 1 service
Seller registration and product publishing are open. Sellers and listings require review. Checkout, courier/COD, online payments and payouts remain paused until separately activated. A listing or approval does not guarantee sales or delivery.
Your account and listings
Provide accurate contact, store and product information. Keep your password and application reference private. List only products you are authorized to sell, use photographs you have rights to use, and keep stock and prices accurate. Do not list illegal, counterfeit or misleading products. ShieldPort may reject or pause accounts and listings and request corrections; contact support for review.
Review and fees
Registration is free and ShieldPort platform commission is 0% during the seller launch phase. Future platform fees will be announced before they apply. Changes to product names, categories, descriptions, specifications or photos require review again; price and stock changes save directly. Approved active products appear when in stock.
Help and future orders
Contact info@shieldportglobal.com from your registered email for account or listing issues. Never email passwords or verification codes. Product requests and courier applications do not create orders or guarantee service. Review the trust and product rules at /trust. Applicable delivery, settlement, return and payment conditions must be presented before checkout is activated.
