How ShieldPort Marketplace works

We are building a marketplace for Pakistani sellers. Here is what happens today, what is still being set up, and how to reach us if something goes wrong.

Current launch status

Seller applications and product submissions are open. ShieldPort reviews accounts and listings before products appear. Cash on Delivery checkout and courier settlements are paused while the courier arrangement is activated. Do not send payment to a seller or another account based on a marketplace listing.

Order confirmation and fair review

  1. When COD opens, the buyer will see the items, delivery charge and full total before submitting an order. No advance payment is required by this process.
  2. The buyer confirms the exact order and address in their customer account. ShieldPort reviews the confirmation before approving dispatch. Sellers should not ship an order still awaiting verification.
  3. Tracking and courier updates record delivery progress. If a delivery is refused, ShieldPort records the courier's reason and confirms the parcel's return before restoring stock.
  4. Buyers can report a wrong item, damage or delivery problem in their account. ShieldPort reviews buyer, seller and courier evidence before resolving the issue. A report or refusal alone does not assign fault.

Courier return charges depend on the actual courier agreement. ShieldPort does not promise reimbursement for a refused shipment. Contact support promptly if order details need to change before dispatch.

For sellers

  1. Apply with your real store and contact details. Save the application reference shown after submission.
  2. ShieldPort reviews the application. Approval gives access to your seller dashboard.
  3. Add a product name, accurate description, category, price, available stock and up to eight photos.
  4. Listings go live only after product approval and while the seller account is approved, the listing is active, and stock is available.

ShieldPort platform commission is 0% during the seller launch phase. Any future fee will be announced before it applies. Courier, payment processing and taxes may still apply.

For buyers

Product descriptions and photos come from sellers. ShieldPort reviews listings before publication, but buyers should still check specifications, price and the seller information shown on the product page. Checkout will open after courier and COD settlement are ready.

When orders are enabled, the checkout will show the product amount and delivery charge before confirmation. Order tracking will use the order reference and mobile number used at checkout.

Products we do not allow

Counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, recalled, prescription-controlled or misleadingly described products are not allowed. ShieldPort may reject or remove a listing that does not meet these rules. Sellers remain responsible for truthful descriptions, lawful products, packaging and stock.

Damage and order problems

Report damage within 24 hours of delivery. Include the order reference and clear photos or video of the item, packaging and shipping label; an unboxing video helps where available. ShieldPort reviews the evidence and the cause before deciding on a replacement or refund. Courier claims depend on the courier agreement and declared value; full compensation is not guaranteed.

Report an order problem

Your information and support

We use information submitted for seller review, account access, product management, order support and fraud prevention. We do not ask sellers to put bank details in the public courier interest form. We will request settlement details only when the courier process is ready and a secure verification method is available.
