Who handles your information
ShieldPort operates this Pakistan marketplace. Contact info@shieldportglobal.com about your account, information or privacy requests.
What we collect and why
Account and application forms collect your name, email, mobile, city and store details. We use these for account access, seller review, product moderation and support. Courier applications also collect a pickup address. Product requests collect the requested item, quantity, budget and details to help find suitable sellers.
Public listings and sharing
Approved product details, photographs, store name and city are public. Your login password and application reference are private. Authorized administrators review applications. Hosting, database and image storage use Cloudflare. When email is connected, the configured transactional mail provider processes recipient addresses and message contents. Necessary request details may be shared with suitable sellers to respond to a product request. Courier and payment providers are not activated for checkout in this phase.
Cookies, local storage and analytics
Secure session cookies keep you signed in. Language settings use a cookie and local storage; your cart uses local storage. Session storage holds a visitor identifier. Our own analytics endpoint records visits, product views, cart actions and traffic sources for marketplace reporting. Do not submit passwords, verification codes, identity documents or payment details in the help widget.
Retention and your requests
Support requests store your name, email, topic and message in the marketplace support inbox. Business-help enquiries also store the role, requested service, city, optional business name and budget, and referral source you provide. These details help our team review and respond to your request; no automatic public profile or marketing subscription is created. Information remains in the service while needed for accounts, review, support and operational records. A fixed deletion schedule is not yet configured. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion; we verify account ownership before acting and explain any information that must be retained. Sign out to end your session and use your browser settings to clear local cart and language data.
